Seeking Deeni Knowledge

SEEK KNOWLEDGE  (DEEN)

WHAT IS DEENI KNOWLEDGE
The Great Rewards of Seeking Deeni Knowledge
Hazrat Umar radhiyAllahu anhu reports that Rasulullah ﷺ said:

“ A person cannot earn rewards (through any nafl ibaadat) as much as he can earn through acquiring Deeni knowledge, which will be a means of guiding him towards the path of hidaayat (guidance) or prevent him from wrong.

And one’s Deen will never be straight (and perfect) until his actions are consistent (i.e. his Deen will never gain perfection until and unless he does not acquire istiqaamat in carrying out righteous actions in accordance to the sunnah in all facets of his life).”

Seeking knowledge is compulsory on every muslim male and female.

It is fardh (Compulsory act) for every individual to seek knowledge.
To reform oneself, beliefs and good deeds are compulsory. And beliefs and good deeds are dependent on equiring knowledge of them. This is something that is obvious. And that thing upon which a compulsory thing is dependent, is also compulsory.
The state in which uneducated women are, can be seen by all: that they cannot distinguish between Kufr and Shirk, nor do they have any love for Iman and Islam. They blurt out whatever they want with regards to Allah. They talk against the laws of Islam with arrogance.
Without Knowledge, actions cannot be put right. And to set right one’s actions is wajib and fard
DEEN HAS MANY ASPECTS:

Beliefs, actions, transactions, social relations and self purification. Some people only regard Salaat and fasting as knowledge of the Deen, and only regard people who fulfil these duties as religious people.
To have sufficient Knowledge of all aspects mentioned above is called “Deeni knowledge.”
May Allah Grant us the abilty to strive for his Deen. Aameen
