Who went?

Who went for the concert? Muslim Singer … with music…
You can never ever justify music even by singing Islamic Nasheeds with music. Now, tell me would you listen to English Nasheeds in Madinah Munawwarah … and these English Nasheeds have music in it?

Why not?

Because, its Madinah! Duh!

Ok, so since you in South Africa, what happens to Allah and Nabi صلي الله عليه و سلم  in South Africa?
Your book of deeds are presented to that pure soul who cried for me and you … that pure soul who will not enter Jannah until all of His followers are out of Jahannam … Yeah? So, what?

Music. Is. Haraam. And you cannot justify music in anyway whatsoever.

“Tickets are sold out. People will queue for hours to
be first in line to enter. It is another music concert

Soul Searching Questions
Does a music concert have any place in Islam? As a Muslim should I be
attending such a gathering? What are the consequences to my faith if I do
attend and what would happen if I die at such a place? These are soul
searching questions that any Muslim intending to attend a musical concert
should ask.
The Scholars of Islam have vehemently cautioned Muslims from attending
musical concerts and similar places of vice because it’s completely forbidden
for a Muslim to even envisage being in such a place. The Noble Qur’an urges a
believer to avoid venturing anywhere where there is intermingling of males and
females. One’s Iman is under threat at such places and the potential for zina
(fornication and adultery) is – due to the abandonment of Islamic precepts in
terms of modesty and morality – obvious.
The Hadith urges Muslims not to venture near a place where even the
suspicion of wrong doing exists. Islam institutes these precautionary measures
to protect the honour of a Muslim.
The concerts of today expose one to many violations. Music blares at high
pitch and men, women, boys and girls mingle, flirt, shout and scream in the
frenzy of the festival. Immorality and shameful behaviour is part of the ‘fun.’
It is inevitable that the important injunction of Salah will be missed and made
Qaza. This alone is a catastrophe of great magnitude. It is more disastrous
than one losing one’s entire family and wealth.
What Kind of Death will Befall Me?
One thing people do not consider is “What kind of death will overtake me
whilst I am engaged in a sinful environment.”
These concerts are camouflaged with the name of Allah Ta’ala and Rasulullah
(Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam), yet the atmosphere is furthest from it.
Today, conditions of difficulty beset the Ummah, many are suffering death,
hunger, starvation and other tragic conditions in various parts of the world.
Yet here we have people who will squander their wealth, time and energy to
attend a pop concert.
It is extremely heart breaking to know that Muslims patronise such events.
Parents Should Wake Up
Ironically parents – despite being aware of the implications of attending such
concerts – grant permission and provide the means for their children to do so.
May Allah Ta’ala give understanding to parents, to open their eyes, and realise
that they are not doing any favour to their children. In fact they are destroying
their children if they are going to give them the financial and moral support to
attend such concerts.
Ibn Abbas (RA) narrates that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) said:
“Verily you will die (according to the condition) you lived in this world and you
will be resurrected in the condition you died.”
May Allah Ta’ala protect the Ummah from all harm and vice.

“The life of this world is nothing but a game and a diversion. The abode of the
hereafter –
that is truly Life if they only knew. (Al-Quran)
Every country has laws that govern its existence. Step beyond those laws and you
become liable for prosecution. In democratic countries that many Muslims find
themselves
residing in, there are many evils that are legalised and hence can be perpetrated
with immunity from the law.
However for Muslims there is an overriding legislation that surpasses any other
legal
system. That is the Allah’s Law. It is for this reason that Rasulullah Sallallahu
Alayhi Wa Sallam has stated, “The world is a prison for the believer but a paradise
for the disbeliever.”
In another Hadith, Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam outlines the reason for
the curtailment of a believer’s “freedoms” wherein he states, “The world is created
for your
benefit but you have been created for the hereafter.”
Let us consider that Islamic status of the pop culture that has overtaken Islamic
Nasheeds and transformed it into an entertainment industry. Let the veil of
ignorance be removed from our minds and so that those who choose to be part of
this industry do so with the full knowledge of their accountability in the court of
Allah. The singer is specifically mentioned due to his upcoming concerts in South
Africa and by his performances we may deduce the reality of the situation.
Perhaps there is no need to quote evidences to understand the Islamic status of
these events. Consider the following scenario: It is the world tour of one of the
music artists of our times. Tickets are sold out and the concert is choked to
capacity. The stage is set with guitarists, drummers and the whole plethora of
musicians. Big screens, laser lights and what not are there to stir to crowd into a
frenzy. But instead of the artist singing we have a Muslim brother who comes to
the stage and moving with the beat of the drum, with the crowd of men and women
swaying and clapping their hands, he begins his rendition of Surah Fatiha!
Ask your heart if this is piety or blasphemy? Ask your heart if this will draw Allah’s
Mercy or His Wrath? Substitute the Surah Fatiha with Salaat and Salaam upon
Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, substitute it with dua. The answer resides
within your heart. Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam when defining sin states,
“Sin is what troubles your
heart…” A person may choose to ignore and suppress that agitation, but that is to
one’s own detriment.
Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam has stated: “There will be appear a people
from my Ummah who will seek to legalise fornication, the wearing of silk, wine
drinking and the use of musical instruments. Some people will stay at the side of
the mountain and when their shepherd comes in the evening to ask them for his
needs, they will say: ‘Return to us tomorrow.’ Then Allah will destroy them during
the night by causing the mountain to fall upon them, while He changes others into
apes and swine. They will remain in such a state until the Day of
Resurrection.” (Bukhari)
“Most certainly, people from my Ummah will consume liquor which they will
describe with some other name. Over their heads (on stages) will be musical
instruments and singing girls. Allah will cause the earth to swallow them, and from
among them He will transform into apes and swines.” (Ibn Maajah)
There are two paths in front of every one of us. One is the path to Allah’s pleasure
and Paradise and the other is the path to His displeasure and the Fire. Tread the
path ahead with care.
And our duty is only to convey the clear message. -Jamiatul Ulama KZN-”

So,here it is ! Allah guide us all. Allah change the direction of our hearts. Aameen.

As I’ve said before you cannot in no way at all justify a wrong. Music is haraam, final!

Right is right even though nobody is doing it… wrong is wrong even though everyones doing it…

Oh Allah. Guide us and forgive us. Aameen
